When you visit our website, we process:

  • Formularz contactowy: imię i nazwisko, address email, numer telefonu (opcjonalnie), treść wiadomości — w celu odpowiedzi na Twoje zapytanie
  • Data techniczne: address IP, typ przeglądarki — automatycznie przez serwer Firebase Hosting w celu obsługi żądań
  • Google Fonts: czcionka Inter ładowana z serwerów Google — Google może przetwarzać Twój address IP zgodnie ze swoją polityką prywatności

The website does not use cookies or analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.).

Application w trybie seniora zbiera:

Application w trybie opiekuna zbiera:

  • Device identifier (FCM token) — for sending push notifications
  • Adres email i nazwa wyświetlana — do logowania i identyfikacji w grupie rodzinnej; opcjonalnie do wysyłki cotygodniowego podsumowania email (za zgodą)
  • Senior's phone number (optional, stored locally) — for the contact reminder feature
  • Photos uploaded by the caregiver — family photos (senior's phone wallpaper) and medication packaging photos; EXIF metadata is removed before saving

2.3 Data We Do NOT Collect

  • SMS content or phone call content; caller numbers
  • Zdjęć, contactów ani historii przeglądania z telefonu seniora
  • Data from other apps on the phone

Uwaga: konto seniora jest tworzone anonimowo (bez emaila i hasła). Adres email dotyczy wyłącznie konta opiekuna.

Firebase (Google) may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Google uses Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission as the basis for transfer.

We apply the following data protection measures:

  • Transmission encryption (TLS/SSL) for all connections
  • Audio encryption (SRTP) for voice calls (WebRTC)
  • Senior account: anonymous authentication (Firebase Anonymous Auth) — senior provides no data to create an account

  • Firebase Security Rules (Firestore Security Rules) restricting data access
  • Peer-to-peer audio transmission (does not pass through our servers, not recorded)

10. Voice call initiated by the caregiver — szczegóły

The caregiver-initiated voice call feature requires special explanation due to its sensitive nature:

  • The call can be initiated only by a linked caregiver
  • Before the call connects, the senior hears 5 ringtones — full transparency
  • Audio is transmitted directly between devices (peer-to-peer), not through our servers
  • Audio is not recorded or stored — anywhere
  • Maximum session duration: 10 minutes
  • The senior consents to this feature during app setup
